Found a new method for hard boiling eggs, that doesn’t involve boiling. I can’t seem to get hard-boiled eggs to come out right. So, thanks to the tip found on the web, I put the eggs in a muffin pan, and put the pan in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. The eggs come out, and go into a cold water bath for 10 minutes. They peel easily after that, and the egg is cooked perfectly.
I would like to figure this out before I go to Australia.
